All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes package tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note: We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your bedroom furniture as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition: unused, unassembled, with all packaging and tags
- Return process must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Dresser Mirrors (due to fragility and custom sizing)
- Mattresses and bedding accessories
- Assembled furniture that cannot be restored to original packaging
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Return & Exchange Process

- Provide Details: Include order number, item(s) for return, and reason
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email return authorization and shipping info within 2 business days
- Package Items: Repackage securely in original packaging with all materials
- Ship Back: Send to our warehouse using provided instructions (return shipping costs may apply)
- Processing: We’ll inspect and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days of receipt
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance for your protection.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state you want an exchange in your email
- Specify the replacement item (include product name/SKU if possible)
- We’ll process the exchange after receiving your return
- Customer is responsible for any price difference and additional shipping
Damaged or Defective Items
