At Beds and Accessories Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bedroom furniture purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags
  • You must initiate the return process within 15 days of receiving your order
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses, bedding accessories, or any assembled furniture items that cannot be restored to their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Dresser Mirrors (due to fragility and custom sizing)
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return/exchange request.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return.
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Package Items: Securely repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all included materials.
  5. Ship Back: Send the package to our warehouse using the provided shipping label (return shipping costs may apply).
  6. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you wish to exchange the item
  3. Specify the replacement item you’d like (including product name and SKU if possible)
  4. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your returned item
  5. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Provide photos of the damage and your order number
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may request you to return the damaged item
